What’s next?

As a Notary Signing Agent/Loan Signing Agent, a Notary Publics have the opportunity to work with Escrow, Title, and Mortgage companies to close real estate transactions and earn more money for work performed.

Many offer Loan Signing Agent training and certification. While this certification may not be an official state requirement, some companies may prefer you to be trained and certified to successfully partner with them to serve their clients.
