Fee per each notarized signature. Initials within a document do not incur a signature charge.

For example, a husband and wife are signing and notarizing a Grant Deed for their home. The total fee is $30, which is billed at (2)—$15 per notarized signature on the single document.

What will I need?

  • In California, all persons must physically appear before a Notary Public.

  • To establish identification, each document signer must verify identity through valid identification or with 2 credible witnesses.

  • And of course, you must have your documents.

  • Accepted forms or payment: Cash, Credit/Debit (with chip, tap or swipe), Check, and majority contactless payment apps such as Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, and Apple Pay.
